Kunal Kelkar
With an experience of over two decades across cities & countries, typologies & scales, Kunal spearheads the architectural design process at des.K. Having worked for over six years as an Architect after his graduation, Kunal pursued his Masters in Urban Design from Birmingham City University and worked in Manchester (U.K.) & then in Pune (India) for a few years. Since founding des.K architecture in 2012, Kunal has persistently shaped the ethos & processes within the practice which has led the team to take pride in delivering rational, artistic & unique design solutions. From a small neat cottage to complex mix-use high-rise buildings, Kunal personally designs everything, aided by a vast experience and an able team, in handholding projects through the cycle of conception-approval-construction & completion.

Charu Kelkar
Charu has over 15 years of design experience and BIM expertise for a variety of projects across globe. She completed her graduation (B.Arch) from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi and also holds a masters degree in Product Design from Birmingham City University, UK. Working with International Firms (Househam Henderson Architects, UK; GkkWorks, USA; and CannonDesign, USA) for more than a decade has helped her gain experience in a vast range of projects including Educational, Healthcare, Institutional, Aviation facilities, Mixed-Use developments, Commercial Fit-Outs and Refurbishments along with Corporate and Residential interiors. Through her work she has always sought a balance between keeping a broad perspective and an eye for detail.

Radhika Ekbote, Senior Consultant (BIM Works)
Ms. Ekbote has a consolidated experience of over 30 years in Architecture. Having started on the softwares like CAD, she progressed to Revit implementation in 2005. With a vast experience in Revit & BIM Platforms, she has been redefining and redesigning the systems & processes of project documentation and construction deliverables.
Mugdha Apte, Senior Architect/ Studio coordinator
A keen eye for detail and capability to immerse herself in the task at hand has enabled Mugdha to lead some very challenging projects. Over the years at des.K she has grown from a Junior Architect to take up responsibility as a Studio coordinator, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all studio works. Mugdha is an alumni of Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Architecture (Savitribai Phule Pune University).
Shailendra Mache, Project Architect
Completing his B.Arch from Sinhgad College of Architecture in Pune, Shailendra joined the team as a Junior Architect. With a good understanding of design codes, he has been contributing to multiple projects from the conception stage through to approval stage. Recruited by des.K for his passion for biking, Shailendra goes full throttle with all assignments, which makes it possible to deliver all the good work in good time.
Omkar Ranawade, Project Architect
Omkar completed his B.Arch from Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Architecture (Savitribai Phule Pune University). His eagerness to learn and a patient approach enables him to quickly grasp the details of the projects. With a good understanding and special interest in architectural visualization softwares, Omkar helps with the conceptual stages of designs.
Sumit Kondalkar, Liaison
Sumit, a part of des.K from the very early days of practice, has the challenging & painful task to take the projects through the stages of seeking approvals and building permissions right upto their completion stage. Apart from this main responsibility, he deftly and often involuntarily, makes des.K a hapy place to work.
